A lot of you guys are familiar with ProCamera: one of the earliest photo apps on the market, it’s the app of choice for everyone who needs exceptional control over focus, exposure, white balance, and lighting on their shots.
But there’s more to ProCamera than just being an awesome app for photographers. Its founder and chief developer, Jens Daemgen, can be called a pioneer in the iOS photo app scene. We’ve had a chat with him and found out some pretty amazing stories: for instance, how Apple decided to kill photo apps back in 2009 and how a petition by ProCamera and other apps brought Apple to make their photo API accessible again..
